Caring People Alliance (CPA) has been supporting Philadelphia families since 1932 by providing high-quality child care, after-school programs, teen enrichment, and older adult activities in 3 Boys & Girls Clubs in North, South, and West Philadelphia. In addition, CPA operates the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) for Region 18, a one-stop shop for parents to receive information and support for their child care needs and for child care providers to offer the highest quality early education. CPA's latest project, Scioli Turco Inc., is a 501 (c) 4 (not for profit) corporation that partners with neighbors, community groups and business improvement districts to identify nearby properties that are vacant and blighted in an effort to rehab properties, beautify neighborhoods and restore tax dollars to the city.
