Significance:
Founded before 1905, the Second Baptist Church of Frankford occupied a masonry building at this address by 1910. According to Cooperman, the building was enlarged by 1951, presumably in the 1923 project for which William L. Carr was architect. The congregation continues to occupy its historic building.
